    MONTY SIMUS, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    Mr. Simus has more than two decades of experience with leading technology, telecommunications, financial services, and energy corporations, including EDS, Oracle, Business Objects, Lehman Brothers, HSBC, and AES. Mr. Simus has lived, worked, and traveled in more than fifty countries spanning Africa, China, South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast & Central Asia. He has experience in building and obtaining finance for technology/telecommunications start-ups, holding accountability for P&L management, and developing and deploying technology-related services for new emerging markets worldwide. Mr. Simus earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Yale University and a Master's degree in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard.

    CHRISTOPHER LUNDH, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

    Mr. Lundh has over 20 years of experience in Africa and South America working in senior management positions with a number of high profile mobile network operators and Internet service providers. Starting in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mr. Lundh was the Managing Director of Telecel, then the first mobile network operator in Africa, and Telecel's largest operation. He has also held MD or CEO roles with Africa Online in Kenya and Tanzania; Rwandatel in Rwanda; Nuevatel in Bolivia; and VP and business development positions with Gateway Communications, the pan-African satellite services provider based in Johannesburg and London. Prior to working with FTS, he most recently spent two years in Afghanistan as Deputy MD with Afghan Wireless. Mr. Lundh holds a BA from the University of Florida, a MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and speaks French and Spanish.

    MATT TIRMAN, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT - INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS

    Mr. Tirman has more than a decade of operations, business development and investment experience primarily in emerging and frontier markets, working within a culturally diverse range of sectors and industries in the US, EMEA and Asia. Matt is also the EVP and Managing Director of Strategic Social, a technology and consulting firm operating in frontier markets across the Middle East and North Africa. Before joining Strategic Social, Mr. Tirman was an executive with Accenture and during his tenure there directed a number of projects aimed at helping customers in the public and commercial sectors develop innovative communication strategies, plans and corporate performance management strategies. He also has worked as a Senior Consultant for CapGemini, a French global IT and consulting firm. Mr. Tirman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from East Carolina University and an M.A. in International Relations from Lancaster University in the United Kingdom.

    STEVEN MOHN, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

    Mr. Mohn is the CFO at CBGI Inc., the US "parent" of Telephone Systems International, the majority owner of Afghan Wireless Communication Company. At CBGI, Mr. Mohn is in charge of a 30-person team of finance and accounting professionals. He is the lead on tasks such as international interconnection, M&A, valuation, USA tax reporting, government contracting, long-range strategic planning, and results & budget analysis. Prior to joining CBGI in 2006, Mr. Mohn worked at AT&T for 11 years as part of the Controllers organization and as the CFO of AT&T's local product group. He holds a BS degree in Accounting as well as a MBA in Marketing from Seton Hall University and is a CPA.

    KEVIN AVERS, SENIOR DIRECTOR OF NETWORK MANAGEMENT

    Mr. Avers is a dedicated senior telecommunications executive with 20 years of experience in rolling out multiple mobile telecommunications networks in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Both customer- and vendor-oriented, Mr. Avers worked for and/or with the industry's leading companies including Ericsson, France Telecom, Orange, Etisalat, Lucent, and Afghan Wireless. He is well versed in project management, developing and leading large teams, and adapting work processes to varied cultures. Mr. Avers has a proven ability to deliver cost-effective network implementations on time in the most extreme environments in the world and has most recently spent more than a decade in Afghanistan.

    FREDERICK BUTTNER, CHIEF LEGAL COUNSEL

    Since 2008 Mr. Buttner has been the General Counsel for CBGI Inc., the US "parent" of Telephone Systems International, the majority owner of Afghan Wireless Communication Company. In this capacity, he has reviewed and provided counsel on a significant number of trans - national telecommunications and commercial business matters. Prior to this role, Mr. Buttner worked a variety of criminal, property and family law cases both as a partner in his own private law firm as well as serving as an assistant state attorney in Duval County, Florida. Mr. Buttner graduated from the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University in 1995.

    MIKE SINGH, SENIOR ADVISOR - SOUTH AMERICA AND CARIBBEAN REGION

    Mr. Singh is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Telkom Caribe founded in 2004 and is based in Miami, Florida. Telkom Caribe is a strategic player in the deployment of the Indus-Americas Subsea Cable System part of the (BRICS Cable) which is expected to solve the bandwidth constraints faced by the emerging markets of the Southern Hemisphere via the linkage of Asia, the Middle East, Africa & the Americas. In addition, Mr. Singh's firm provides wide-ranging consultancy services to a growing number of global powerhouses on both the operator and vendor sides of the convergent communication sector with a specialized focus on UMTS, 4G/LTE. Wireless Broadband, Mobile Payments and various next generation solutions in an increasingly ubiquitous world. Mr. Singh was born and educated in Guyana as well as the UK and Canada and in his career to date held senior global leadership posts at AT&T, TATA Communications and Level (3) Communications.
